Abstract

The labour market dynamics, women's empowerment, unemployment rates, and foreign policy influence Pakistan's socioeconomic circumstances. Understanding the complex interdependencies between these factors is necessary to create effective policies and initiatives that boost economic growth and environmental stability. The qualitative survey, which included university instructors, personnel, Deans, and Directors from numerous Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) institutions, raises awareness of women's independence issues. Cultural and societal norms, educational limitations, health inequalities, gender discrimination, and unpaid care giving are the main challenges. Poverty, unemployment, wealth inequality, and educational shortcomings exacerbate these issues. The quantitative section used 5-point Likert scale questions to gather data from numerous scholars, educators, and others interested in Pakistan's foreign affairs. The results imply that familiarity with the problem, labour market justice, and diplomatic relationships positively affect Pakistan's women's autonomy. To conclude, Pakistan's socioeconomic realities need inclusive policies that address labour market issues, unemployment, and gender inequity while supporting foreign policy goals. An integrated approach is essential for sustainable and inclusive development, making Pakistan more equal and wealthy.
