Published 2021-12-31

Abstract

This study looked at the compulsive scenario those victims of harassment face, as well as how we will focus on the several types of sex crimes that persons face on a daily basis. The term "sexual harassment" refers to any unwelcome sexual behaviour that is distressing, scary, or humiliating to the target. Harassment of a sexual nature is a crime that must be reported to the appropriate authorities. Those individuals who were present at the event will respond in a variety of distinct ways. Any person, of any gender, is capable of being the target of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a kind of discrimination that can take place in the workplace, the classroom, or any other setting where people congregate. The term "sexual harassment" refers to any unwelcome sexual behaviour that is demeaning, humiliating, or threatening to the victim. Bullying can take many forms, including verbal, physical, interpersonal, and cyber forms. This research will also explore the many methods by which a person may be forced to engage in unethical behaviour that he does not voluntarily want to engage in. They are authorized to do things that are against the law and violate the regulations. Research on sexual harassment requires a comprehensive awareness of the several research methods that are available, in addition to the means by which such studies can be carried out on an on-going basis.
