Abstract
Armed conflict between the two independent and sovereign states is not a new phenomenon. History is replete with such incidents. There are numerous examples of such conflicts. Nineteen and twentieth centuries in the discipline of International Relations, are full of such holocausts. Actual warfare or literary warfare is an integral part of literature of International Relations. A study of the discipline of International Relations is not complete unless armed conflict is written or studied as a chapter of this discipline. But the armed conflict between Iran and Israel is not an academic discussion. It is an actual and realistic phenomenon that happened before our eyes. Those who are alive are witnesses. Both belligerents have used their utmost military and air force strength. Both of them thought they will wipe out their enemy. The world has witnessed that none of them succeeded in its mission or war goals. Israel perpetrated this war, committed aggression, violated International Law, relied on the support of the super power to achieve its goals but she miserably failed.
