SOCIAL PROTECTION FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITIES IN SOUTH ASIA

Abstract

The concept of social protection is among the key areas in developing regions because in those regions number of people is not having the equal opportunities as rest of the population have. The people who are disabled are also on the verge of poverty and distress just because they are not taking active part in the social progress of any region. So in order to keep the level up of the disables person in the society the notion of social protection is present. In the below material the concept of social protection was discussed, especially the situation of social protection in South Asia is discussed. This research is a qualitative document analysis of the past researches and other related material. The research also finds that these social protections are the dire need of society and without having all the rights equally distributed the progress and prosperity of any country is in vein.
